Springing from the Japanese concept of “きんつぎ” (kintsugi), our Michelin star chef client invited us back to restore & transform their existing Michelin Star restaurant which we worked on seven years ago from a sit down restaurant into a casual counter-style sushi handroll bar. いただきます (Itadakimasu) - Let’s eat!
