GTL Architects (GTLA) is a multidisciplinary firm specializing in architecture, interior architecture, and interior design. GTLA has an extensive portfolio in hospitality, commercial interiors, and custom residential works.

GTLA‘s work seeks to be thoughtful with spaces which reflect and represent its users. Our approach to each project is to work closely with our client to understand their functional and space needs, identity, and brand goals. The firm is led by Grant Takahashi Lee and
Mai Takahashi Lee. Both Grant and Mai are graduates from the University of California, Berkeley.

Mai is an interior designer with over (9) years of experience with projects completed
throughout the country. Mai specializes in space planning, custom furniture, material & finishes, furniture, fixture, & equipment (FF&E) procurement, and project management. Mai is a LEED Green Associate.

Grant is a licensed Architect in California and has over (20) years of experience in design and project management having worked in Washington D.C., New York, Guam, Japan, and China. Grant is a LEED Accredited Professional. Grant’s areas of focus are in hospitality, restaurants, and high‐end residential work.
